  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and check shipments for discrepancies.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and take corrective actions to resolve issues in inventory management, safety, or order fulfillment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items during extended periods in a warehouse setting.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Proficiency in using basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification and any relevant logistics or inventory management certifications are preferred.
  • Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and protocols.
