  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Processing & issuing hospital admissions/discharge guarantee letter based on Health insurance policies
  • Determine hospitalization eligibility based on insurance/company policy.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers related to Health insurance policies and products.
  • Communicate and document information in a professional, clear, consistent & accurate format.
  • Resolve enquiries from patients and escalate issues or complaints.
  • Relay information to appropriate departments and personnel using established communication channels and procedures.

Requirements :

>Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma

>Candidates with relevant working experience at TPAs & science background will be given priority.

>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

>Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

>Able to work shifts/ weekends/ public holidays (Able to earn OT)

**Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
