Admin Assistant ( Kitchen )
Scope :
Under the guidance, supervision and consent of the Head Chef and within limits established by the Hotel policies and procedures, responsible in the administration work of the kitchen department and to assist the Head Chef in daily dissemination of information, coordination among kitchen sections and scheduling of kitchen briefing / meeting, food tasting appointments and other related job scope.
Job Descriptions
1) Responsible in the administrative aspect of Event Order logistic and information.
2) To attend any related meeting/discussion related to administration or kitchen operational.
3) Responsible in coordinating Market List from kitchen outlets and follow through its required operational and approval procedures to meet its objectives.
4) To generate menus from Executive chef for events, promotions and any other related projects to meet objective efficiently.
5) To do monthly timetable for kitchen staff
6) To keep track on attendance submission and ensure the leave application or medical certificate received as according to the attendance form as well staff overtime tabulation.
7) Submit petty cash claim - Staff medical claim or Purchased claim etc to accounts / finance Department.
8) To issued Casual staff requisition form require for Banquet Function.
9) Creating and distribution of documents to Outlet Chefs.
10) To assist Head Chef /Outlet Chef to key in recipe costing in material control system.
11) To assist Executive Chef to control kitchen operational /market item to use wisely - less wastage
12) To be a part of Halal Committee in order to ensure all documentation related JAKIM is been prepared accordingly.
13) To manage new responsibilities from time to time required by the Head Chef.
14) Performs other related duties as required by the Head / Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
