Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to assist with various administrative tasks and support the overall operations of our office. This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, document handling, and internal communications, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills and gain practical knowledge in administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when necessary.
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment-related documentation and updating employee records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other official correspondence.
- Greet and direct visitors, answer phone calls, and handle general inquiries.
- Help with travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, if needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, both physical and digital.
- Support in event planning, team activities, and general office organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of office management procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
