Job Descriptions: -

  • To handle accounting duties relating to account receivable and account payable ledgers.
  • To handle invoicing, entry of account transaction to in-house system, issuance of sales invoices and other shipping documents.
  • To manage day-to-day finance operations including suppliers & forwarding agent invoices checking according to local legal and group's requirements.
  • To deal with all aspects of settlements with suppliers, forwarding agent and buyers, including payments, receipts, claims, preparation of statement of accounts.
  • To ensure the accuracy and completeness of information in the accounting system.
  • To assist in GL and reporting team on period end closing.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Attentive to detail especially with numbers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location: -
Menara Prestige (5 minutes walk from KLCC)

Working Hour: -
Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 7.00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
