Job Description
Corporate
- Represents the school for any corporate and non-corporate events
- Provides timely reports to GAINS Education Group when required
- Strategizes students’ retention programs, in line with stakeholders’ interest
Operation
- Oversees and makes sound decisions on the overall operation of the school
- Ensures school implementation is in line with the company’s vision and mission
- Ensures school’s facilities are well maintained
- Keeps updated record of staff and students
- Strategizes yearly goals based on the current academic trend and the needs of the
students
- Works closely and seeks advice from HQ on matters involving other HQ departments
- Manages school academic and non-academic budget
- Makes final decision on staff recruitment
- Makes final decisions regarding students’ disciplinary matters
Stakeholders
- Meets with parents/guardians as needed
- Conducts an exit interview for student’s withdrawal
School staff
- Supports teachers in providing required school information to parents/public during school
events and talks
- Maintains an effective, positive working relationship with all school staff
- Ensures well-being of teachers and students
-Portrays an effective role model for staff, students, parents/guardians, community members
Requirement
- DEGREE/ MASTER/ PHD IN EDUCATION/ MANAGEMENT OR RELATED FIELD
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experienced working in an international setting
