Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Import Customer Service representative in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. As an Import Customer Service representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of imported goods and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of import processes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle import inquiries and provide accurate information regarding shipment status, customs clearance, and delivery schedules
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, overseas partners, and customs authorities to ensure timely and efficient import operations
- Process import documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
- Monitor and track import shipments, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate quotations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns by investigating and providing solutions
- Stay up-to-date with import regulations and procedures to ensure compliance
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Has knowledge in HS Codes and Customs requirement.
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Software packages, mainly Word & Excel.
- Able to work independently.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
