HR Payroll Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our dynamic retail organization. The HR Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll procedures, compliance with legal regulations, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees accurately and timely using payroll software Infotech.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Calculate and process adjustments including overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
• Assist in payroll tax calculations, filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Clerk, or similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and software
• Knowledge of payroll processing best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
