  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to analyze and define CRM requirements, aligning business objectives with Salesforce application capabilities; identify and address any gaps between business needs and existing CRM functionalities.
  • Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, user interfaces, workflows, and automation processes, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
  • Lead the development, coding, and deployment of Salesforce applications, driving innovation and efficiency within the platform.
  • Establish clear project timelines and objectives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project milestones while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Perform rigorous testing of applications to ensure both stability and functional efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues, ensuring smooth and continuous operation of Salesforce applications.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, and deliver training sessions for both Salesforce users and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  • Ensure the ongoing security, integrity, and compliance of the Salesforce environment in accordance with best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization, including the use of SFDC tools.
  • Strong experience in creating customer-facing applications and interfaces.
  • In-depth expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms, including advanced knowledge of Visualforce, Apex, and the Salesforce Development Toolkit.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies, including SQL, CSS, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, and jQuery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, balancing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,055.42 - RM9,243.05 per month
