Location: Cyberjaya / Subang Jaya (Onsite)

We do have 2 offices, applicant may choose which area is more convenient

Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1-hour Lunch Break

Working time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Working Days: Monday - Friday (5 days per week)

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment

process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the

onboarding process. In addition, this role will have a specific focus on Campus Hiring, involving

the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential

candidates from educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment

strategies.

- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social

media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate

qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance and streamline recruitment processes, ensuring a

positive candidate experience.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously

improve recruitment strategies.

- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate

records.

- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including organizing career fairs,

information sessions, and other campus events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational

institutions to facilitate successful campus hiring programs.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

with hiring managers and candidates.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.

- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and talent sourcing.

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: From RM900.00 per month
