Job Title: PHP Laravel Developer Intern
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
1)Assist in Application Development
- Collaborate with senior developers to assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced team members.
2) Database Management
- Work with MySQL databases to create, update, and manage database schemas.
- Assist in writing optimized SQL queries and database migrations within the Laravel environment.
3) API Integration
- Assist in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Help in consuming external APIs and ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
4)Code Quality and Standards
- Follow coding standards and best practices set by the development team.
- Participate in code reviews to gain insights into code quality and improve coding skills.
5)Testing and Bug Fixing
- Write basic unit and feature tests to ensure the functionality of the application.
- Assist in identifying and fixing bugs in the application.
6)Documentation
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of the codebase, API endpoints, and development processes.
- Contribute to project documentation to help in knowledge transfer and onboarding new team members.
7)Learning and Development
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Laravel features and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and code review meetings.
8)Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the development team, including attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of PHP and Laravel framework.
- Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of RESTful API principles and basic integration techniques.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Soft Skills:
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Optional but Advantageous Skills:
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Basic knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.

Education and Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous project or coursework experience with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL is a plus.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
