Bank Financial Executive

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Bancassurance products at Partner Bank branches across the nation.
• Conduct prospecting, cold calling, customer qualification, appointment setting, and provide financial advisory services.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to convert lead referrals into successful sales closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers, fostering rapport for future upselling opportunities.
• Participate in sales and marketing events at the bank to attract and acquire new customers.
• Offer follow-up support for policy servicing, such as payment methods, plan modifications, trustee appointments, and top-ups.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or individuals with prior working experience are encouraged to apply, as coaching and buddy support systems are well-established.
• Candidates with over 3 years of relevant experience will have an advantage.
• A Diploma or Degree qualification is required, SPM holders must have at least 5 passes (including BM) and a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversations with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a strong advantage due to business needs.
• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy challenges, are resourceful, results-oriented, and aspire to achieve high variable income.
