Position Overview:

As a Live Stream Host (FULL TIME) in a Beauty Company, you will be responsible with an engaging, confident, and proactive, with a natural talent for public speaking and a passion for interacting with live audiences. Experience in live streaming or creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) and be comfortable presenting beauty and skincare products.

Working Hour and Day:

  • 8:00am-2:00am (3 shift)
  • per day living 4 to 6 hours, shooting 2 hours
  • 160 working hours a month, according to the schedule
  • Monday to Sunday (with shift), (1 day off per week)

Salary Range:

  • Basic Salary: RM 2800-4300 per month.
  • Full Attendance Allowance ：RM200 per month.
  • Commission :0.5%*GMV (not including returns GMV).
  • Performance Bonus: RM 500-1000per month (during probation period no performance bonus, but available after regularization, the final specific amount depends on the performance appraisal points.)
  • Target cash bonous:RM30/per single living.
  • The social security provident fund is paid according to the basic salary.

Job Description:

  • Conduct LIVE Streaming as a Host on online platforms on a daily basis.
  • Introduce, promote and demonstrate our product during LIVE Streaming.
  • Interact and engage with online audiences, provide professional advice and answer enquiries during LIVE Streaming.
  • Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during LIVE Streaming.
  • Responsible for content creation, planning and execution of short videos on TikTok.
  • Encourage audience participation by organizing interactive activities, challenges and giveaway during LIVE.

Requirement:

  • Diploma 1 year or more experience in Live Hosting experience or experience in producing own Reels / Stories / Videos is a plus.
  • Majoring in media, advertising, marketing and / or related studies.
  • Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
  • Interested in the beauty and skincare industry, relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, social media influencer or live stream host is a plus.
