Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment orders.
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Oversee product displays and arrangement to optimize visual appeal and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Generate and analyze relevant reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Address challenges and obstacles promptly, finding effective solutions to enhance store performance. Support inventory integrity by managing inbound and outbound transfers, performing weekly cycle counts, and send-outs. Follow procedures for damages, returns, and other product issues that could jeopardize inventory integrity

What is expected of you:

  • Adaptability to the dynamic nature of the retail industry, including a willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Understanding of retail products, trends, and the ability to train and develop staff on product information.
  • Commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to optimize product displays and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
