Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide guidance and direction to the store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Set and monitor sales targets, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
- Track and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee product displays and arrangement to optimize visual appeal and maximize sales opportunities.
- Generate and analyze relevant reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Address challenges and obstacles promptly, finding effective solutions to enhance store performance. Support inventory integrity by managing inbound and outbound transfers, performing weekly cycle counts, and send-outs. Follow procedures for damages, returns, and other product issues that could jeopardize inventory integrity

Job Type: Full-time
