Site Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, reports, and logs.
- Organize and file site-related documents, including drawings, contracts, and permits.
- Prepare and update progress reports, daily site diaries, and material delivery logs.
- Record daily attendance for all workers (local and foreign) & Prepare timesheets for payroll.
- Act as a liaison between the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper communication and coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and memos.
- Track and manage office supplies and materials needed for the construction site.
- Assist in ordering and receiving construction materials and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of site documentation for meetings and audits.
- Ensure that workers and subcontractors have access to the necessary documentation (e.g., permits, safety procedures).
- Handle the preparation of staff attendance records and assist with payroll processing.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
- Keep safety documentation up to date and assist in safety meetings and training.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the site management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a construction site administration role is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
