Techncian - Fresh Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repairs:
• Perform routine maintenance on retail equipment (e.g., point-of-sale (POS) systems, scanners, electronic displays, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair technical issues with electrical, mechanical, or digital systems.
• Technical Support:
• Provide first-level technical support to store teams for equipment-related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware problems.
• Installation & Upgrades:
• Assist in installing new equipment and systems across retail locations.
• Support software upgrades and hardware replacements as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare technical reports and update service logs regularly.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards in the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with retail technologies like POS systems is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Any internship or hands-on experience in a technical role will be a plus.
• Others:
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays, as required.
• Valid driver’s license (optional, depending on job requirements).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
