Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repairs:
- Perform routine maintenance on retail equipment (e.g., point-of-sale (POS) systems, scanners, electronic displays, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with electrical, mechanical, or digital systems.
- Technical Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to store teams for equipment-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware problems.
- Installation & Upgrades:
- Assist in installing new equipment and systems across retail locations.
- Support software upgrades and hardware replacements as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Prepare technical reports and update service logs regularly.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards in the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with retail technologies like POS systems is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Any internship or hands-on experience in a technical role will be a plus.
- Others:
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays, as required.
- Valid driver’s license (optional, depending on job requirements).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
