  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ABC is proudly awarded South East Asia’s Best Private Autism Intervention Clinic in 2023 in the South East Asia Business Awards, and we are the largest 1:1 ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Center in Malaysia. ABC (Autism Behavioral Center) is a center focused on providing early intervention to children with Autism, learning and behavioural difficulties.

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Interventionist. Prior work experience is not needed but a willingness to learn and passion in the field of early learning and intervention is a must! To excel in this role, you must be playful, creative and connect warmly to children. As an ABA Therapist, you must be willing to adapt, are resilient emotionally, physically fit to play and have high levels of ownership and responsibility. You will receive intensive on the job training.

This role will provide you a good stepping stone if you want to pursue a career in child psychology, early intervention or in special needs education.

To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • There are two intakes for this role - February 2025/ March 2025
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holders in relevant field
  • Open to commuting to and fro clients home(s) (for home based therapy)
  • Work well in teams and collaborative in nature
  • Work well under pressure and open to feedback
  • Value continuous learning and always looking for ways to do things better
  • An objective thinker and a clear communicator

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support child development through intensive play-based interactions and clinical programs set by case supervisors
  • Work with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-going children, teenagers and adults
  • Execute individual and group programs
  • Work closely with the team/parents to implement goals
  • Provide in-centre services, home-based or school-based support (to be determined per case basis)
