  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description :

Business Analysis

  • Analyze and document business requirements for finance-related projects.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Project Management Support

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and managing projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets.

Solution Development

  • Identify and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
  • Work with technical teams to develop and implement solutions.

System Implementation & Support

  • Work with IT teams to implement, configure, and maintain financial systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Conduct and support system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

Train end-users and provide ongoing support for finance systems.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a liaison between finance, IT, and other business units.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for financial and operational performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and user manuals. Job

Requirements: -

  • Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in GL, bookkeeping, month-end closing or full set account.
  • Proven experience in financial systems implementation (Lead consultant), project management, management of financial systems and process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to engage different stakeholder levels.
  • Driven, with a strong focus on delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Adaptable to attend to ad-hoc requests and fluid requirements.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Project management experience is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
