  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hour: Standard

Salary : MYR 4,000 to MYR 7,500

  • Provide support to business users, answer queries, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems with applications, keeping service levels on target.
  • Analyze recurring issues to prevent them in the future.
  • Work with the tech team to ensure smooth system updates and changes.
  • Monitor system performance and predict future capacity needs.
  • Follow processes for incident management, ticketing, and change management.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and system upgrade activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in application support, ideally in banking or finance.
  • Strong skills in Oracle/MS SQL, Unix/Linux, Control-M, and ETL tools like Informatica.
  • Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) and BI tools (Power BI, Qliksense).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes is a bonus.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
