  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Work you’ll do

To assist in :
  • e-invoicing matter (housekeeping of information)
  • basic AR related matters such as preparation/issuance reminder letters to slow paying customers, cheque updates into listing for KLACH Courier Services, official receipt, refund memo preparation etc upon clients’ request
  • filling in billing request form for interfirm billing
  • ensuring intrafirm AP and AR balance – invoices have been paid/cleared and accounted for
  • WIP expenses extraction for engagement team
  • verification of physical record of staff claims before checking off in the system
  • assist in account payables team with AP work and treasury matters as and when required
  • other adhoc requests

Requirements

  • 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor of Accounting & Finance Student
