  • Internal coordination with the salesperson and internal sales team.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding incoming enquiries and ongoing orders.
  • Attend to walk-in customers/suppliers and handle phone calls and emails.
  • Arrange all quotations from the sales department, emails, and prepare monthly sales reports for the management board for sales analysis.
  • Update quotation statuses, review and collect customer feedback before reporting to the responsible salesperson.
  • Manage enquiry status follow-up, ensuring timely arrival and delivery of items.
  • Possess SPM certification or equivalent level.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field (training will be provided to familiarize with the sales system).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with local customers and the sales team.
  • Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize important tasks, and work independently.
  • Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
