- Support in development and implementation of HR policies, plan, processes and programmes.
- Attract top talents to join company by using effective sourcing channels and proactively build a strong talent pipeline for recruitment opportunities.
- Responsible for maintenance of the personnel database; attendance record, tracking of staff probation and confirmation.
- Issuing of HR related letters e.g. appointment letter; confirmation; salary adjustment, transfer and etc.
- Handling new staff onboarding process
- Handling employee engagement and staff activities (team building, birthday/ festive celebrations etc.) from conceptualization, planning until its success execution.
- Assist in managing industrial relations matters relating to staff disciplines.
- Provide coordinating functions in staff development, learning and training;
- Generating monthly Human Resources Reports and others ad hoc tasks.
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 3 years' working experience.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment process is a MUST
- Experience in employee's engagement program will be an added advantage.
- Good English command is a Must.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication & people skill.
