- Oversee building operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage building staff and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Handle day-to-day building management and maintenance.
- Develops and maintains relationships with Residence, Committee, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and all others servicing Company
- Ensure smooth running of the day to day operations of Property Management Section to support business and project requirements.
- Ensure establishment renewals, extensions and change order of Property Management contract is managed in accordance to company’s policies and processes.
- To prepare & provide daily/monthly report to the JMB on the status of the condominium pertaining to issues such as operational, financial, manpower. Etc
- Experience in using UBS (BSM), Condo Master, Advelsoft, i-Neighbour and CSS System software will be added advantage
- Extensive building management experience and strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Property or Building Management or related qualification.
- Preferably managing a multi-site portfolio consisting of apartments and Commercial Buildings/ Facility Manager
- Must be familiar with Strata Management Act 2013(757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015, and able to liaise with local council.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in property management (preferably managing a multi-site portfolio consisting of apartments and commercial
- buildings).
- Insurance (medical).
- Additional paternity leave.
- Employment injury coverage (SOCSO).
