Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing communication, coordination, schedules, budget & reporting.
- Give advice to paramedics on screening of patients, making probable diagnosis, giving treatment including intravenous infusion, minor surgery & referral of patient. Also advice on vital sign checking, wound dressing and perform various nursing procedures in proper aseptic technique to prevent infection.
- Verification of Daily Patient Record, Weekly Inventory Report, Weekly Medicine Report, Monthly Medical Report, etc.
- Manage clinic facilities & equipment. Report any defect to authorized department & issued work order request.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Medical or Health Science, or any related field from a recognized institution.
- Has attended training on Assistant Medical Review Officer (AMRO), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Life Support (TLS).
- Leadership and coaching skill is necessary.
- Good computer literacy(MS Office).
- Valid registration with the relevant medical authority or board.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and medical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of standard medical and clinical procedures.
- Commitment to patient care and ethical medical practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
