Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and market impact. This role requires strong creativity, design, and visual content skills to create high-quality posters, banners, ads, and social media content. Proficiency in social media management tools, digital advertising platforms, and data analysis is essential for optimizing marketing performance. This position is ideal for professionals skilled in content creation, ad campaigns, and visual marketing, capable of implementing effective marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, 小红书 and etc.
    • Create and manage engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, stories, and short videos.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure brand consistency and a unified digital strategy.
    • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
    • Create visually appealing graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia assets using software tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
    • Design and layout user interfaces (UI) for websites, mobile apps, or other digital platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation and user-friendly experiences.
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

    Experience

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or creative content design.

      Language

      • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, and English.

        Skills

        • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
        • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
        • Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
        • Expertise in multimedia software.
        • Time management skills to reach project milestones.
        • Software skills requirement:
          • Adobe Illustrator
          • Adobe Photoshop
          • Adobe InDesign
          • Video Editing software/app: CapCut/剪映, Adobe Premier Pro
