  • To handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledgers
  • To liaise with several stakeholders including Sales Advisors, Administrative Staff and/or Bankers.
  • To process payments relating to vendor and staff claims.
  • To expedite the disbursement process from banks.
  • To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, staff claims and various reports
  • To provide efficient support for day-to-day office and administrative tasks
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or a Professional Degree in Business.Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA, etc).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field and knowledge in a full set of accounts.
  • Has good time management and is deadline-driven.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting Software and Excel.
