- To handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledgers
- To liaise with several stakeholders including Sales Advisors, Administrative Staff and/or Bankers.
- To process payments relating to vendor and staff claims.
- To expedite the disbursement process from banks.
- To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, staff claims and various reports
- To provide efficient support for day-to-day office and administrative tasks
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or a Professional Degree in Business.Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA, etc).
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field and knowledge in a full set of accounts.
- Has good time management and is deadline-driven.
- Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting Software and Excel.
