Requirements
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Human Resources Development.
- Excellent command of English – both spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources department.
- Strong financial analytical skills, skillful in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- People oriented and able to communicate with team members at all levels
- Detailed-oriented, able to roll up your sleeves and work independently as an individual contributor
- Should be able to work well with the team members and grow together without being calculative on the tasks given.
