Job Descriptions
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales, e-commerce, and administrative staffs to ensure effective team work and operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including handling discrepancies and ensuring alignment with physical stocks.
- Regularly perform market price checks to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Liaise with accounting department to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate both sea and air freight logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Utilize Google Sheets or Excel to create reports, track performance metrics, and present data-driven insights to upper management.
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking vendor)
- Proven track record in successfully managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee) with a sales-driven mentality.
- At least 1 year of experience in leading a small / medium team, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills and literacy with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience in inventory and logistics management.
- Willingness to travel into Singapore as required - Travel expenses are covered by the company.
