QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE (HQ)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Executive to have oversight on our quality initiatives from our headquarters. This role bridges factory operations, customer requirements, and product innovation while ensuring the highest quality standards across our fish oil manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Quality Systems Leadership

• Lead and oversee factory quality management systems (GMP/HACCP/Halal/International certifications)
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Liaise with certification bodies for audits and compliance
• Provide strategic oversight to factory QA team operations
• Ensure documentation excellence and system integrity

2) Customer Quality Partnership

• Collaborate with customer R&D and Quality teams
• Ensure product specifications meet customer requirements
• Drive product optimization for customer applications
• Maintain strong technical relationships with key accounts

3) Quality Innovation & Development

• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement enhanced QA processes
• Design and deliver quality training programs
• Create systems for continuous improvement
• Establish quality benchmarks and metrics

4) Raw Material Intelligence

• Monitor global fishing seasons and catching patterns
• Track yields and quality profiles worldwide
• Analyse market trends and opportunities
• Maintain supplier quality standards
• Optimise raw material sourcing

5) Research & Development

• Drive product innovation initiatives
• Improve existing product formulations
• Enhance production yields
• Conduct quality-focused research
• Lead technical improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in food/supplement quality management
• Strong understanding of HACCP
• Experience with related food industries preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
