Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure accurate data entry of financial transactions.
- Reconciliations and Reporting
- Assist in bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence related to accounts, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with payroll preparation and distribution.
- Handle filing, scanning, and archiving of financial documents.
- Compliance and Auditing
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and internal controls.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with other departments to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
- Support the Accounting Manager and team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
