The ideal candidate for this position will identify, research, and generate qualified sales leads to support the company’s sales pipeline. The role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales, marketing, or business development.

What would the roles be?

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, and nurturing new leads for the organization using different marketing channel such as cold calling, email marketing, social media and other relevant marketing channels.
  • Organize and keep lead status updated in the CRM software.
  • Generate accurate monthly lead generation activities reports to management.
  • Research the target marketing during lead generation to understand key traits of ideal customer and their various personas.
  • Collaboratively work with product marketing team and sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
  • Analyze the pattern of the industry and target audience and come out with suggestions
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with lead prospect.
  • Achieve sales lead generation target.

What are the pre-requisites?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
  • Experience in marketing and/or customer management are added advantages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
