The Adobe Campaign Consultant is pivotal in designing, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth. In this role, you will leverage Adobe Campaign’s capabilities to build personalized, segmented, and automated marketing communications across various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more. The Consultant will ensure that campaign strategies align with business objectives, optimizing customer experiences while utilizing Adobe Campaign's tools to deliver impactful marketing results.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and development of complex, multi-wave, multi-channel campaigns on Adobe Campaign.
· Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from requirement gathering to deployment.
· Provide strategic insights based on customer data to improve campaign performance.
· Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies.
· Work with Adobe Target and Adobe Audience to develop advanced targeting and personalization strategies.
· Develop, test, and refine campaign flows to ensure they meet business objectives.
· Lead discussions on campaign requirements, helping the team understand offer responsiveness, content relevancy, and channel engagement.
· Ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and best practices.
· Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· 7+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign or similar roles with expertise in campaign management.
· Industry experience in banking or finance is preferred.
· Certified in Adobe Campaign with advanced knowledge of Adobe Audience and Target.
· Proficient in SQL and programming languages (JavaScript, Java, PHP).
· Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
· Experience with APIs (SOAP & REST) and integrating with other systems.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
· Proven ability to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within scope.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
