Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the management
  • To assist financial consultant specializing in corporate and general insurances
  • In-charge of administrative matters related to clients' servicing issues
  • Claims processing and tracking of claims
  • Maintain data as part of good record keeping purposes
  • Processing and submission of clients' documents
  • Reply emails to clients' queries
  • Helping consultant keep good administrative record of clients' documents
  • Perform any other ad-hoc office and admin duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Training programme will be provided
  • 5 days work week & Saturday (alternate)
  • Working location: Menara Zurich

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
