Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the management
- To assist financial consultant specializing in corporate and general insurances
- In-charge of administrative matters related to clients' servicing issues
- Claims processing and tracking of claims
- Maintain data as part of good record keeping purposes
- Processing and submission of clients' documents
- Reply emails to clients' queries
- Helping consultant keep good administrative record of clients' documents
- Perform any other ad-hoc office and admin duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Training programme will be provided
- 5 days work week & Saturday (alternate)
- Working location: Menara Zurich

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
