Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively manage incoming calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone.
- Reach out to existing customers to conduct Service Quality Calls.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Maintain good relationship between internal & external customers and company
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
- No minimum working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications/Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must be a confident communicator
- Good oral and written communication skills required
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Location: Eko Cheras Office Tower, Kuala Lumpur (nearby MRT Taman Mutiara, within walking distance)
- Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday - Friday), 9 AM - 1 PM (alternate Saturdays)
