Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage incoming calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone.
  • Reach out to existing customers to conduct Service Quality Calls.
  • Act as the company gatekeeper.
  • Maintain good relationship between internal & external customers and company

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • No minimum working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications/Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must be a confident communicator
  • Good oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Location: Eko Cheras Office Tower, Kuala Lumpur (nearby MRT Taman Mutiara, within walking distance)
  • Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday - Friday), 9 AM - 1 PM (alternate Saturdays)
