Administration
- Assist Sales Department in preparation of documentations such as Customer Feedback Form, Customer Enquiry Form, Quotation Requisition Form, Quotation, Booking Confirmation, Lease/ Rental Agreement, Vehicle Requisition Form and others general letter.
- Monitor and update Master Monthly Sales report, Master Reference No. Report.
- Monitor filing system.
- Ensure customer billing in order.
- Communicate with Operation department regarding operation matters.
Sales
- Handling customer enquiry/ complaints via phone, email and ensure they are attended to promptly and accurately.
- Keep track on Sales Target.
- Processing new sales leads.
Collection
- Assist Sales Executive to control, monitor and follow up payment collection within targeted timeline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
