Administration

  • Assist Sales Department in preparation of documentations such as Customer Feedback Form, Customer Enquiry Form, Quotation Requisition Form, Quotation, Booking Confirmation, Lease/ Rental Agreement, Vehicle Requisition Form and others general letter.
  • Monitor and update Master Monthly Sales report, Master Reference No. Report.
  • Monitor filing system.
  • Ensure customer billing in order.
  • Communicate with Operation department regarding operation matters.

Sales

  • Handling customer enquiry/ complaints via phone, email and ensure they are attended to promptly and accurately.
  • Keep track on Sales Target.
  • Processing new sales leads.

Collection

  • Assist Sales Executive to control, monitor and follow up payment collection within targeted timeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
