Job Description:
- Maintain client relationship and to follow up & reply to any enquiries.
- Handle all the shipment.
- Liaise with freight Forwarders and transportation companies .
- Source for competitive freight solution and prepare shipping quotation/proposal for HOD approval
- Monitor shipping costs and provide data to superior on monthly basis .
- Track onboard shipments and follow up on shipment arrival date and update customer accordingly .
- Ensure accuracy in shipping documentation & on time shipment is priority
- Ensure items to ship in accordance with order quantity, shipping schedule without delay.
- Ensure tasks performed that all shipping documents are verified, recorded.
- Responsible for coordination of the handling of all related shipping document and to ensure all relevant document meet the requirement for custom export processes.
- You may expect to generate shipment report, and analysis on the sales and monitoring
- Carry out any other tasks given to you by your superior.
- Do packing list for local delivery.
- Update customer query.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Cert in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or any related fields
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in shipping/logistics (preferably in manufacturing environment)
- Good communication in English
- Must be familiar with export & shipping documentations such as such as invoice, packing list, B/L, Form E, Form D also export custom form K2 checking, A57 record
- Able to work on Saturday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
