MARKETING & LEASING EXECUTIVE

Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized marketing and leasing executive to source for potential retail tenants and respond to inquiries. Assist in operational leasing matters. Update and follow up on agreements and proposals

Job Descriptions

• Actively analyse and research market trends and developments
• Identify leasing prospects via marketing avenues (Leasing Kits)
• Prepare necessary leasing documentation (Offer letter, Tenancy agreement, etc.)
• Negotiate deals until final execution
• Prepare monthly leasing activity reports and the status of each negotiation held with potential tenants and submit the report to management timely
• Establish and maintain positive tenant and prospect relationships.
• Ensuring that the assets and procedures comply with the local regulations, standard operating procedure, and Delegation of Authority.
• Maintain proper filing documents, for each tenant, as well as entering data and maintaining databases
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business (Marketing) or Estate Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing. Sound understanding of the real estate industry and practices with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is a MUST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
