Responsibilities:

  • To develop and achieve sales goals in assigned territories.
  • To promote medical/healthcare products in hospitals, clinics and related enterprises.
  • To identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) as product ambassador for assigned area.
  • To establish new accounts or customers by planning and organizing work schedule to call potential sales targets.
  • To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
  • To prepare presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals.
  • To keep Sales Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • To monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any Science or Medical related discipline.
  • Experience in selling to both public and private hospitals.
  • Experience in conducting CME (Continuing Medical Education) to Doctors/Specialists/ Pharmacists/ General Practitioners (GPs).
  • Strong communication and selling skills.
  • Analytical with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Independent and dynamic in creation of opportunities.
  • Able to travel as needed and possess a car.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
