  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: Asset Tagging Support Analyst ( Oil and Gas)

Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Salary: Up to RM 3000

Working Location: Damansara Height

Working Hour: Standard

Job Responsibilities:

  • Addressing post-administrative asset tagging queries pertaining to PTR-A & PETR-B in collaboration with BU.
  • Compiling memos for write-in and write-off actions, subject to Management approval.
  • Preparing PTR-A & PETR-B forms and securing approval from BU before submission to Controllers.
  • Assisting with filing tasks.
  • Conducting validation of Asset Inspector work visits
  • Independently verifying Asset Inspector asset tagging efforts, if required
  • Undertaking any necessary asset retagging work, if required.
  • Back filled Asset Inspector, if required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualifications Degree other field, preferably from Accounting field or finance.
  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience or Fresh Grad with good experience during internship is welcome to apply.
  • Must have car and valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel for site visits.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
