  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and provide up-to-date quantity stock of all branch and warehouse.
  • To identify and track all data processing assets within the inventory system to ensure proper documentation and control.
  • To provide a full range of reports that will satisfy informational requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure all inventory activities comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Hardworking, disciplined, honest, reliable & able to complete task within timeline given.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Must have a car license and willingness to travel to various branch locations as needed.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Prior experience in inventory management, auditing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
