Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and provide up-to-date quantity stock of all branch and warehouse.
- To identify and track all data processing assets within the inventory system to ensure proper documentation and control.
- To provide a full range of reports that will satisfy informational requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure all inventory activities comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Hardworking, disciplined, honest, reliable & able to complete task within timeline given.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to work independently.
- Must have a car license and willingness to travel to various branch locations as needed.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Prior experience in inventory management, auditing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
