Warehouse Assistant TikTok (Contract)

• Accurately manage and process TikTok orders from receipt to dispatch.
• Ensure all product details are correct and meet customer expectations.
• Meet TikTok-specific packaging requirements for each order.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Label products with correct shipping information (addresses, barcodes, etc.).
• Prepare shipping documents (labels and packing slips).
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Handle special packaging requests (e.g., fragile items, gift wrapping, or custompacking).
• Process returns and exchanges with proper documentation and restocking.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Update inventory records for TikTok orders.
• Assist in monthly or quarterly stock audits.
• Manage packing materials, ensuring adequate supply and timely reordering.
• Organize stock for efficient order picking and optimize storage space.
• Assist in general warehouse tasks such as unloading deliveries, checking stock,and stocking shelves.
• Work with the warehouse team to prioritize TikTok orders for quick turnaround.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies orissues.
• Coordinate with the warehouse manager to ensure smooth operations duringbusy periods.
• Train new warehouse staff on TikTok-specific processes and safety protocols.
• Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
