JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Part of the designated technical teams to develop, implement, maintain and support application systems / IT solutions (local and regional) under HR Services Team for the designated applications. 2. Perform, plan and manage IT project tasks / deliverables. 3. Take ownership in performing tasks / deliverables and ensure that it meets the agreed timeline. 4. The implementation of IT project / solution is to meet the business strategic plan (including business transformation, business growth, operational efficiency, etc.) and compliance requirements. 5. This role is to deploy a new HCM solution in the Bank as well as work together as a team in managing the existing IT-owned initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Enhancing understanding of business functionality. 2. Reviewing functional and technical design with users and Specialists. 3. Thorough testing, peer review (program codes review) and formulate comprehensive test plan, test contents incl. SIT and performance test. 4. Recognize and articulate the problem, participate in problem resolution activities. 5. Review system design and operation flow to identify potential root cause and propose recovery actions and/or permanent resolution. 6. Review system performance statistics periodically, propose and implement performance tuning or improvement plan incl. review and redesign system if necessary. 7. Participate in user activities to understand user work processes better.
