[DS] Business Development Executive (Mandarin Speaker ) | Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities :

• To execute the marketing strategy for Singapore and Vietnam.
• Drive corporate account acquisitions and manage relationships with key clients.
• Promote medical tourism and develop strategic partnerships with Singapore based firms.
• Work with insurance companies in Singapore to offer competitive patient policy premiums.
• Organize and manage marketing events and campaigns targeting corporate clients.
• Implement the RAD (Reach, Acquisition, Develop) strategy in Singapore corporate accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualification Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing corporate accounts and business associations.
• Familiarity with the Singapore market environment and business practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of medical tourism and healthcare industry dynamics.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
