Responsibility
- Handle incoming cases and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of complex issues as needed.
- Track and monitor sales work order status.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Offer support and guidance to internal sales team members.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and providing product/service-related information.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, systems, processes, and policies.
- Analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance team performance and quality.
- Collaborate closely with call center team leaders.
- Generate and analyze performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Present insights and recommendations to management for agent performance.
