Requirements

  • Education: SPM & Diploma Holder
  • Preferably with call handling experience.
  • Language spoken: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English, additional language is an advantage.
  • Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge & typing., Telephone Etiquette., Problem-Solving Skills

Responsibility

  • Handle incoming cases and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely resolution and escalation of complex issues as needed.
  • Track and monitor sales work order status.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Offer support and guidance to internal sales team members.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and providing product/service-related information.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, systems, processes, and policies.
  • Analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance team performance and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with call center team leaders.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management for agent performance.
