Job Summary

A Sales Associate is a pivotal role within the business, primarily focusing on finding potential client/customer, promote and sell’s company's products/services through excellent customer service. The end goal is to contribute substantial revenue to the company.

Responsibilities

  • Potential Client Hunting. Identify and develop business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and contacts.
  • Networking. Proactively initiate communications with potential clients and continuous reach out.
  • Client Meet Ups. Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business by meeting them consistently.
  • Account Management.
  • Meet client expectations from time to time. Ensure to always provide suggestions to client on suitable service engagement which will benefit both parties. (Client/Nityo).
  • Understand each client's requirement fully w/o flaws.
  • Handle requirement gathering meetings/briefings and end-to-end candidates process from CV submission to onboarding.
  • Handle preparations of client service agreements, quotations, proposals etc.
  • Support Nityo’s Finance team on billing/invoices to Client.
  • Personal Growth. Continuous learning about the market trend, business competitors, end clients’ yearly initiatives etc. Achieve Sales Target/ KPI’s.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
