Executive, MRO Account Manager

Reports To

Manager Sales (Base & Workshop)

Role Purpose

The MRO Account Managers are responsible for supporting sales, account management and improved customer experience for our customers. This cross functional role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to work with internal stakeholders within EMD and external customers.

Key Accountability

  • Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Assist customers by contributing information and recommendations to the customer and providing follow through support.
  • Assist at the operational level and ensure its ongoing development, resolve complaints.
  • Support in identifying revenue opportunities within his/her scope of responsibilities, realizes cross and up-selling potential.
  • Advises customers in finding the right solution and pro-actively sells customer-oriented services.
  • Responsible for perfect functioning of customer interface while giving consideration to contractual service agreements and internal KPIs.
  • Support in developing proposals, quotations and contracts for new and existing customers.
  • Support commercial processing and operational handling of the contract from the point of view of cost effectiveness.
  • Handle initial contact from all customers assigned for all issues of daily operational business.
  • Coordinate business units within MAB to meet customer requirements and maintain an internal and external performance dialog.
  • Responsible for managing commercial process via CRM and ERP system.
  • Responsible for on track check management in line with forecasted milestones and contractual obligations.
  • Responsible for correct cost booking and in time invoicing.

Qualifications & Working Experience

  • Diploma in any field of studies but preferably International Business, Business Admin, etc with more than 3 years experience in MRO environment or customer support role would be an advantage.
  • Others - Holder of Part 66 Cat A or Cat B license with 0 - 2 years of experience as an LAE or Technician (preferable).

Skills & Knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of MRO business process.
  • Good and positive mindset in solving problems internally and with customers.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated in managing day to day operations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
