Job Description
- Conduct business requirement gathering to assist HR Business Partners to develop a comprehensive and effective job design, organisation structure and job description.
- Coordinate and manage organisational development programmes (e.g. trainings, corporate social responsibility, townhalls, employee engagement, etc.) for the group to ensure seamless coordination from pre-event until post event.
- Monitor and manage the development of the talent pool that are part of the Employee Development Programme.
- Manage and effectively coordination with learning institutions on partnership programmes for internships and business scholar programme.
- Collaborate amongst the HR community and stakeholders in the group of companies in driving HR projects and organisational initiatives.
- Constantly monitor and provide visibility on measurements that HR function tracks to ensure compliance and progress (e.g. JEF, Training Bond, Government Claims, etc.)
- Identify areas for improvement and make the necessary recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce as well as the HR Function.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
