About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Associate Auditor to join our team for conducting comprehensive internal audits of Process Safety Management (PSM) systems. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with the Center for Chemical Process Safety’s (CCPS) 20 Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the organization’s PSM system against the CCPS RBPS framework.
  • Assess compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of implemented PSM elements and identify gaps.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand processes, procedures, and personnel practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) audits or operational risk management.
  • Knowledge of CCPS Risk-Based Process Safety principles and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM980.00 per day
