Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Executive in the Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team in driving brand awareness, promoting products/services, and contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies. The Junior Executive will assist in executing various sales and marketing campaigns, gathering market intelligence, and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and sales inquiries.
  • Help manage client relationships and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

2. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to gather competitor insights, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service/product improvement.
  • Provide insights to senior team members on potential market opportunities and growth areas.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Assist with preparing reports for senior management, providing insights on sales performance and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure that marketing materials and content are up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other teams such as Product, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as required for marketing campaigns or events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
