Junior Marketing Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Executive in the Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team in driving brand awareness, promoting products/services, and contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies. The Junior Executive will assist in executing various sales and marketing campaigns, gathering market intelligence, and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and sales inquiries.
- Help manage client relationships and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to gather competitor insights, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service/product improvement.
- Provide insights to senior team members on potential market opportunities and growth areas.
3. Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and marketing activities.
- Assist with preparing reports for senior management, providing insights on sales performance and marketing efforts.
- Ensure that marketing materials and content are up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams such as Product, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as required for marketing campaigns or events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
