  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit talented creators to join the TikTok Creator Network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring their growth and success.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to creators, fostering a positive and professional environment.
  • Monitor creators' performance and work closely with them to enhance their content and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve recruitment goals and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment, talent management, or working with influencers/creators.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok trends and live streaming best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, creative, and resourceful approach to finding and supporting talent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
